The business problem
The software distribution industry was shifting from boxed products to digital delivery. TechData — at the time one of the world’s top two IT distributors — needed to transform how they sold software across their global reseller network. Physical warehouses and manual fulfilment couldn’t scale. They needed a platform that could handle electronic distribution across multiple countries, languages, currencies, and vendor ecosystems — and integrate seamlessly with their existing operations.
